The Technical Activities Board (TAB) focuses on the research and technical activities of the IEEE Control Systems Society, encouraging and tracking technical developments in the theory and application of control systems across a wide range of application areas. Its aim is to provide technical resources and opportunities for collaboration for CSS Members. Typical activities include organizing invited sessions for conferences, special issues in journals, technical meetings (workshops and conferences), maintaining websites for technical resources, and publishing electronic newsletters that focus on various technical areas. The TAB oversees the Technical Committees. The TAB is chaired by the Vice President for Technical Activities.
